Good to go

So, this will be my home and life for the next month. Everything is prepared and I'm good to go. Charlotte and I will leave Eksjö at 06.15 tomorrow, hook up with the rest of the team in Jönköping and then continue to Landvetter for departure to Moscow via Arlanda at 11.40. We will arrive in Moscow at 17.55. I'm truly looking forward to the trip and I'm really exited to finally get going. In Moscow we will have dinner with our hosts and then directly continue via train (a 20 hours train ride I think...) to Perm.

Now I'm off for some final work-out on my mountainbike before having a nice farewell barbecue with Vlora.

1.05 Sunday. Meeting Swedish Team in Moscow (5.20 p.m.). Transit to the railway station stopping for a short sightseeing in the centre of the city and dinner. Evening- departure to Perm.

2.05 Monday. Arrival to Perm in the evening. Accommodation and dinner with host families.

3.05 Tuesday. Professional visits. Lunch. Evening – Going to the Opera House.

4.05 Wednesday. Professional day. Tour round Perm. Lunch. Evening - presentation of the team at the Rotary club meeting.

5.05 Thursday. Usolie. Visiting the museum of “The Stroganovs’ Chamber”. Presentation in the ethnographical museum. Sea Walk. Barbecue in the forest.

6.05 Friday. Visiting the Cave in Kunkur. Transit to Yekaterinburg. Evening Tour round Yekaterinburg.

7.05 Saturday. Visiting District Conference and Team Presentation. Day Tour round Yekaterinburg. Gala-Dinner.

8.05 Sunday. Early morning – flight to Volgograd. Accommodation in the host families. Free day.

9.05. Monday. Tour round Volgograd in Victory Day including the complex “Mamaev Kurgan”. Holiday Dinner.

18.05 Wednesday. Departure to Moscow, accommodation in Moscow.

19.05 Thursday. Mosocw Tour. Visiting the State Tretyakov Gallery. Evening – meeting Rotary clubs of Moscow, Team presentation.

20.05 Friday. Departure from Moscow to Ivanovo. Accommodation and dinner with host families.

21.05 Saturday. Visiting Suzdal (a very picturesque town). Possibly going to Tikhonov spring – on e of the projects of Ivanovo Rotary clubs (including Ivanovo RC).

22.05 Sunday. Tour round Plyos, including the museum “Russia Izba”. Picnic in Plyos.

23.05 Monday Visiting English gymnasium, attending classes and administration and a cultural programme. Going to the Museum of Printed Cotton. Lunch in the Russian restaurant. A short rest. Evening - presentation of the team at the Rotary club meeting.

24.05 Tuesday. Free day.
Evening – a concert of classical music (starring of the members of Ivanovo RC).

25.05 Wednesday.
Professional visits and shopping. Evening – departure to Saint-Petersburg.

26.05 Thursday. Arrival in Saint-Ptersburg. Accommodation. Tour round Petersburg including visiting Peter-and-Paul Fortress.

27.05 Friday. Visiting the Hermitage and walking down the Nevskiy Avenue (the largest street in Saint-Petersburg).

28.05 Saturday. Free Day. Possibly canal tour, shopping and walking.

29.05 Sunday. 12.00 – Departure to Sweden.
